This is an important page, it is also part of our Terms of Service (just slightly reworded). It is recommended that you keep a copy of this agreement, if it is changed, you will be notified via your Client Area.
We do not allow the following on our servers:
- copyrighted material, unless the copyright is owned by the customer,
- material which infringes any laws or third party rights,
- material which would bring FragSwitch Limited's name into disrepute or may take rise to any form of legal action against us,
- pornographic, lewd or indecent material,
- messages or communications which constitute spam or bulk unsolicited mail.
You may not use the Services:
- for any purpose that is unlawful, fraulent or infringes on the rights of others
- in any way which may mean we are in breach of a contract or other obligation owed by us to another company (for example, our upstream providers)
We reserve the right to remove content we believe to be in breach of this agreement, and to suspend an account whilst we investigate breaches of this agreement.
Your usage of our servers and services should not exceed the limits set out when you signed up initially, or where applicable, the limits shown in your Control Panel. If you exceed these limits, your account may be temporarily suspended until the limits are reset or after one month from the suspension.
Breaches of this agreement will be considered a breach of our Terms of Service and may lead to the discontinuation of service and termination of your account.
You must act politely and professionally when in communication with us. We do not tolerate impoliteness and it may be grounds for termination of your account.
